Right of withdrawal

Withdrawing your order

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you or your designated third party have received the product(s) in good physical condition.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement (e.g. written letter sent by post, fax or email) to notify us of your withdrawal. You can use the standard form which we will send to you (PDF), but you are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all the payments you have made up to that point, including delivery charges (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw. We will pay you back using the same payment method you used with the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any costs for such repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have proved that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You should check the goods immediately, or no later than 14 days after the day on which you correctly communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract, and the goods have been sent back to or handed over to us in the same condition you originally received them in. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

The cost of returning the goods are for your account.

You are only liable for the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which may have depleted the value of such goods, including the characteristics and overall performance of the goods.
