Not satisfied, money back, Right to Withdraw, Exchanges and Returns
You have the right to return the article within 14 days.
This is only possible if you are not satisfied with the delivered product and with the expected quality of the product. You have the right to withdraw without giving reasons within a period of 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an explicit statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you are withdrawing from the agreement. For this purpose, you may use the template form for revocation provided by us (download pdf version here), but you are not obliged to do so.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Effects of withdrawal are the following: if you withdraw from the contract, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point from us, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs incurred as a result of your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us and island delivery costs). This will occur without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; and no charge will be applied to you for such refund. We may defer reimbursement until we have received the goods, or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You will be on time if you return the goods before the 14 day period has expired. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. If requested, you can use our own delivery service to pick up your goods. The fixed costs for this service are € 250.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods, resulting from the use of the goods which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
To make the return as pleasant as possible for you, it is best to contact us by phone or e-mail so that we can collectively find a date to return your furniture.
